Roberta M. Green

Roberta M. Green, 89, retired USD 259 School Teacher, died on Friday, August 7, 2015. Roberta (Bobby) was born in 1926 in Salyards, KS. She married Samuel Green of St. John, KS on September 2, 1949. She was a graduate of Wichita State University in elementary education with a Masters Degree plus 72 hours. She taught for 30 years in Wichita Schools. She was a member of Kappa Delta Pi Delta Kappa Gama. She taught Special Education, Special Reading Special Math. Preceded in death by her husband parents, Charles Edna Stinson. She is survived by her son, John. No formal services will be held. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
