Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Carole – I was at the funeral for Ron today and was flooded with emotions for all you have been going through since Ron’s passing. I was very happy to see Father Bernie was presiding over the funeral mass because he was so loved by you and Ron; and also because I too got to hear him speak. (You were so right in saying he is very good speaker!) I keep thinking how frightening it must have been for you when Ron’s body starting failing him. You did all you could and more; this is why it hurts me that you must struggle with not only emotions but the miss-directed anger that accompanies others in a time of unexpected loss. I want to make it a point that you are aware that those who truely love and respect you and Ron know the love you shared! He cherished you and you were good for him! I vividly remember the way he would lovingly tease you and how you two could sit outside with a fine glass of wine and talk into the wee hours of the night! I know how much you loved each other and my prayers are with you today and in the trials ahead.
I MISS YOU GRANDPA AND I KNOW THAT YOU ARE IN A BETTER PLACE AND I ALSO KNOW YOU ARE WITH MY GRANDMA MARYELLA AND SHE WAS THE BEST AND I KNOW YOU AND GRANDMA ARE HAPPILY TOGETHER AGAIN
THIS IS FROM CATHERINE OF DETROIT, MI. I REGRET NEVER MEETING RON IN PERSON BUT BECAUSE OF A SIMPLE RECIPE YEARS AGO, I MET MY ‘LONG, LOST, PALE SISTER’ CAROLE, AND THRU EMAILS AND FAMILY PHOTOS GOT TO KNOW BOTH OF THEM RATHER WELL. GOD BLESS AND WATCH OVER YOU, CAROLE.
Dear Carole, John and I send our love and prayers. Ron will be miss by all. We will always remember him mixing the fish batter in the boiler room, and the good times the Knights had. He had such a dry sense of humor. Carole you know you can call on us at any time. Love and Prayers Your Friends John and Loretta Shark
Dear Carole, David and I want to send you our love. We will miss Ron, his kindness, his wonderful sense of humor. May you find peace in your memories. Your friends, David & Suzanne
Laci Jo, I am so sorry to hear abour your grandpa. I understand totally what you are going thru cause I lost my grandma just a couple years ago.My sympathy for you & your family
Mr. Howes Children: Your dad is now home with your mom. I know that most people search a lifetime looking for the love that your parents shared, that created a family which I am honored to know. In your time of grief, also find comfort in the fact that when your dad reached the gates of heaven, your mom welcomed him with open arms. Your dad and mom, together, are now watching over you. In your heart, your dad and mom will always be with you, no one can take that from you. My love and prayers are with the four of you and your prespective families.
Dad: I know it wasn’t yet time for you to go be with mom. I will not forget that you should still be here with us and I will do all within my power to find out why you went home sooner than you should have. I love you and know you are now with mom and I take comfort in knowing that. I know the last nine years of your earthly life were difficult and I am comforted in knowing you’ll no longer have that burden. I wish so much that I could have told you good-bye and how very much that I love you; but as you know with looking down on us now, that was a precious gift that each of your children and yourself did not get to have.
Dear Carole and family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and loved ones. Ron was a GREAT person, he will be missed by so many. Ron touched so many lives. Our deepest sympathy. God so loved him very much, he will give you strenght to carry on. Take care and call us any time. Love Don and Laura Knipp
