Roy B. "R.B" Carroll, born December 22, 1937, passed away July 2, 2021. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am; Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by infant son, John D.; parents, Earl J. and Helen (Startzman) Carroll; brothers, Charles L. and E. Jerold; sister, Martha J. (Ron) Hupman. Survived by his loving wife, Evelyn Carroll; brother, Jim. D (Joyce); sisters-in-law, Joann Carroll and Cathy Miller; brother-in-law, Robert Adams; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Roy retired from Kansas Gas and Electric after 34 years. His hobbies included woodworking and bowling. Roy always had a gift for helping family and was so loved by all who knew him.

Carroll family, Jim Carroll Have so many good memories of our families. I always felt the Carroll family was part of my family. Roy was a great friend and good Christian, he will be truly missed by all who loved him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Ed and Judy Wiesen
