Visitation with family, 6:00-8:00 P.M., Sunday, July 30, Downing Lahey Mortuary West. Service, 1:00 P.M., Monday, July 31, Tyler Road Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Dorothy (Perkins) Hooser. Survivors: husband, Darrel; sons, Ralph (Robin) Hooser of Bentley, Thomas Hooser of Maize, Don Hall of Wichita; daughters, Kathy (Ron) Barnett of West Plains, MO, Jackie (Jim) Gardner of Haysville; sister, Kathy Michaelson of Wichita; 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 nephews. I worked with Faye at Via Christi for several years, she was a really nice lady. I loved working around her, and being counted as her friend. She always had a kind word for everyone. She had a great sense of humor too. I will miss her.
