Ruth E. Keltz,
92, homemaker, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021. Memorial Service, 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 8, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Oscar “John” Keltz; parents, Eugene and Elizabeth Middleton; brothers, David Middleton and his wife, Ella, and Curt Middleton. Survivors: children, Jack (Kate) Keltz of Wichita, Sandy (Scott) Brumbaugh of Spring Branch, TX, Max (Denise) Keltz of Bird City, KS; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Jean Middleton. A memorial has been established with the Parkinson’s Foundation, 200 SE 1st St., Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West.
