Preceded in death by her parents, Casper and Nellie Bliss. Survived by her daughter, Susan (Bryan) Dotson of Andover, KS; Brothers, Harold (Betty) Bliss, Robert Bliss, Lawrence Bliss; Sister, Eileen Pennick; Grandchildren, Carrie Ellen (Charles) Shinogle, Haley Anne Dotson, Kendyl Lauren Dotson.
