Ruth Rossillon

Ruth Helen (Hibbs) Rossillon, 91, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Rosary will be at 7:00 PM, Thursday, May 11, 2017. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Friday, May 12, 2017 both at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Ruth was born on April 7, 1926 in Carthage, MO to Helen and Frank Hibbs. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 1948. Ruth married Laurens Rossillon in June 1948 and were married for 52 years. They were both charter members of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church where Ruth was the organist for the choir for many years. Preceded in death by her husband, Laurens; parents, Helen and Frank Hibbs; brother, Edward Hibbs. Survived by her children, Linda (Tim) McMillan of Parsons, KS, Sharon (Les) Duncan of Columbus, OH, Janie Rossillon of Wichita, KS, Michael Rossillon of Golden Valley, AZ, Mark Rossillon of Wichita, KS, Judy Leitner of Frisco, TX, Rebecca (Greg) Firebaugh of Reunion, CO, Keith (Becky) Rossillon of Derby, KS, Julie Rossillon of Ft. Colllins, CO; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Catholic Charities, 437 N.
