Salvatore E. "Sol" Esposito

Salvatore E. “Sol” Esposito, age 94, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022. He was born in Chicago, IL to Carmine and Concetta Esposito. He married the love of his life, Millie (Godfrey) Esposito on September 18, 1954. They were married 64 years before Millie passed away in 2017. Sol was enlisted in the army at the end of WWII. He retired from Harper Trucks as a shipping and receiving manager at age 67.
Preceded in death by his wife, Millie; daughter, Elizabeth Harbin-Nelson; sisters, Ann and Carmella Esposito; brothers, Dominick, John, and Joseph Esposito.
Survived by his sons, John (Pam) Esposito of Bellevue, WA, Paul (Sharon) Esposito of Andover, KS; grandchildren, Brad (Whitney) Harbin, Alex Harbin, Brandon (Kelsi) Esposito, Gina Esposito, Isabella Esposito, Adrienne Esposito, Carlo Esposito; great-grandchildren, Olivia Harbin, Oliver Esposito.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Monday, April 25, 2022, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Memorials have been established with: Good Shepherd Hospice, 7829 E. Rockhill St. #403, Wichita, KS 67206; and St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 123 N. Andover Rd., Andover, KS 67002.
