Howell, Samuel P., 80, retired owner of Sam Howell Enterprises, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Memorial service is at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 2, 2013, at Hilllside Christian Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles H. and Flossie M. Howell; brother, David W. Howell; son, Karl Jonathan Howell. Survived by his wife, Holly Lee Howell; children, Sonja Kaye (Bill) Ostrander, Kurt Ramey (Paula) Howell; grandchildren, Joshua Blake Cousins, Samuel Erland Cousins, Chade Ramey Webb, William David Webb, Lacey Nichole Howell, Dalton Ramey Howell, Wyatt Jonathan Howell; 2 great-grandchildren.
