Samuel Jay Peck, 24, student at Wichita State University, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018. Sam was an avid sports fan and a trivia enthusiast. He used his gifts as a Middle School coach and Confirmation teacher. He was a member of The Knights of the Holy Queen and the Knights of Columbus. He had a special love for the unborn and the Right to Life. Rosary, 7 p.m., Monday, June 25; Funeral Mass, 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 26, both at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Preceded in death by his brother, Robert J. “RJ” Peck, III; grandfather, Jay Keeling. Survived by his parents, Karen and Robert “Bob” Peck, Jr.; brother, Jonathan (Jamie); nephew, Jaxton; and nieces, Marley and Jemma Peck all of Wichita; grandparents, Robert and Joann Peck of Zephyrhills, FL and Nancy Keeling of Wichita; uncles, Doug Keeling of Wichita, Joseph (Meredith) Peck of Topanga, CA; aunts, Susan (Chris) Herrick of Topeka, Vickie Peck of Las Vegas, NV, Karen (Bob) Zicht of Tampa, FL, Cyndy (Dave) Gluck of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by numerous close and loving cousins and friends.
