Taylor, Sandra Marlene (Griffith), 75, retired Wesley Medical Center registered nurse and member of Senior Friends of Wesley, went home to meet our Lord and Savior, and those who have gone before her, on Thursday, December 24, 2009. Visitation with the family, 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, December 28; Service, 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 29, both at Downing Lahey Mortuary West. Preceded in death by parents, Glenn Donald and Nell (Woods) Griffith; husband, David Lee Taylor; brother, Ray Donald Griffith. Survivors: children, Diana Pierce (Jim) of Augusta, Laura Walters (Patrick) of Shell Lake, WI, Pamela Robinson and Jennifer Limon both of Wichita, Greg Taylor (Janice) of Okemah, OK, Doug Taylor (Monica) of Oklahoma City, OK. Memorials established with Wesley Home Health, 8338 W. 13th, Wichita, KS 67212 and Wichita Public Library Foundation, 223 S. Main, Wichita, KS 67202.

Dear Pam and family, Im so very sorry to hear about your mothers passing. Having met your mom several times she was always a delight. Your blessed that you had a great releationship with your mom,she will always be a part of you in your heart she will live on. And is at peace now without illness.
The Reynolds boys knew Sandy as a mother. She was very kind and helpful and she kept us in line.The Taylor family were a big part of our lives growing up. We will miss her greatly, our prayers are with you. John, Jim, and Tom Reynolds and families We love you all.
