Sanford S. Foreman, 84, of Park City, retired oil driller, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019. Visitation, 1:00 p.m.; Funeral Service, 2:00 pm, both Saturday, August 10, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. Burial will follow at Kechi Cemetery. Preceded in death by parents, Jeremiah “Jerry” and Iva Foreman; 3 brothers and 3 sisters; Survivors: wife, Juanita; son, Steve (Nadine) Foreman; daughters, Cheryl (Milton) Larson, Sandy (Kellye) Irvin and Stacey (Terry) Spenst; sister-in-law, Janie Foreman; grandchildren, Jesse (Jessica), Kyle (Ciara), Tanner, Alyssa, Anna (Kyle), Kayla (Tyler), Scott, Nathan and Nicholas; great-grandchildren, Brynn, Graycie and Harper; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials to: American Heart Association, 1861 N. Rock Rd., #380, Wichita, KS 67206 and Ronald McDonald House, 1110 N. Emporia, Wichita, KS 67214.
He is at rest now and not suffering. I am going to miss him Wish Leon and I could come

I’ve worked at the Park City McDonald’s for the last 17 years- I’ve had the honor of seeing Oakie several times a day, hearing his silly old jokes, and being hollared at for some more coffee ever since I can remember 🙂 Myself and a lot of others are going to miss him so incredibly much! Breaks my heart, but I’m glad he’s at peace now. To his family- thanks for sharing him all these years, our thoughts are with you.
