Funeral Service 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 24, Murdock Funeral Home, Oswego, KS. Interment will follow at the Oswego Cemetery. Preceded in death by son, Carvel Ray Sevart, father, Ray Edmonds and brothers, Vaughn Ray Edmonds, Joy Edmonds and Bob Edmonds. Survivors: husband, Carvel Sevart; children, Margaret Birzer (Gary) of Des Moines, IA, Michael Sevart (Katy) of Eugene, OR, Jay Sevart (Barbara) and Karla Allen (Kim), both of Wichita, Damon Sevart (Dawn) of Eugene, OR, Wendy Walling, Darcy Sevart, both of Wichita, and Dominic Sevart (Jennafer) of Peabody, KS; mother, Lela M. Mier of Oswego, KS; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. A memorial has been established with the Alzheimers Association, 347 S. Laura, Wichita, KS, 67211.
