Slade H. Adams

Slade H. Adams, 42, Business Development with Stevens Manufacturing Co., Inc., died Monday, October 10, 2016. Rosary will be at 7:00 pm, Thursday, October 13, 2016; Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Friday, October 14, 2016, both at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Wichita, KS. Slade had many roles in his life, but his favorite was husband and father. While growing up in Wichita he developed a love for golf and this lasted his entire life. Slade was the 1995 Big Eight Champion while he attended the University of Kansas and also played in the 1997 US Open. Slade is survived by his wife, Gina Adams; parents, Robert “Bob” and Nikki Adams of Wichita; daughters, Jillian Margaret Adams, Teresa Rose Adams, Victoria Anne Adams; brother, Mike (Michelle) Adams of Frisco, TX; nephews, Blake Adams, Chase Adams, Owen Knipp, Oliver Knipp, Finley Adams; niece, Gwen Knipp; brother-in-law, Eric (Terri) Larson of Wichita; sisters-in-law, Kelly (Doug) Knipp of Wichita, Kate Larson of England.
