Socorro Magdaleno, 87, died October 19, 2017. Rosary at 10 am, Wednesday, October 25, Funeral Mass at 10:30 am, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Preceded by her parents, Jose and Socorro Castro. Survived by her husband, Joe Magdaleno of Wichita; daughter, Diane (Thomas) Slezak of Leawood, KS; step-grandson, Tom Slezak, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV; step-Granddaughter, Brooke (Sam) Slezak-Hollenshead of Brooklyn, NY; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Martinez, Estella Cordoba, both of Wichita, and many loving nieces and nephews.
