DuRant, Sue (Rose), 66, retired cost accountant in finance with Boeing, Wichita beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2005, after a brave fight with cancer. Rosary 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, Service 10:00 A.M. Thursday, both at Downing Lahey Mortuary East Chapel. Burial in St. John Cemetery, Hoisington, KS at 2:30 P.M. Thursday, July 7, 2005. Survivors; wonderful friend and companion, Dennis Gunzelman, Wichita; daughter, Stacey DuRant (Tim) Fisher, Wichita; brothers; Ray Rose, Lake Almanor, CA, Don Rose, Hoisington, KS and Joe Rose, Leawood, KS; grandchildren, Nick Fisher and Aley DuRant-Fisher. Sues family would like all her friends who rallied around her the last six months to know how much your love and support has meant to her and us. Thank you for making it a special time.
