Talia Ann Zuhars, 99, Secretary, died Tuesday, April 12, 2016. Founding member of the Oil Secretary’s Association. Talia stayed active until her passing. She was born and raised in Peabody, KS. Memorial Service will be at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Louise House; Son, Kirk E Zuhars. Survived by her Daughter-in-law, Charlene (Robert D.) Adamson of Wichita, KS; Grandchildren, Allan E. Zuhars, Tamela McSwain; Great-grandson, Aaron Zuhars; Several nieces and nephews. A memorial has been established with Wichita Oil Secretaries Association Scholarship, c/o Wichita State University, 1845 Fairmount St., Wichita, KS 67260. Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
