Dearest Poague Family, I am so saddened for your loss. Terry was as good as they come. Since our teens he has always been one of my favorites. I think everyone who knew Terry would agree (well almost every one). We lost our father on Fathers Day 30 years ago and I think you will find it makes every Fathers Day an even more special day. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Please let me know if I can do anything for you! Fondly, Dave Garretson
Terry was a classmate since Sunnyside grade school. Susan was one of my sister’s best friends so it was very sad to hear of another passing of dear friends. Terry was always smiling, a true gentleman and spoke often of his family. Sincere sympathy to his family.
Terry was my favorite cousin, although most of our lives we lived half a continent apart. I last saw him in 2019, when my mother died. I only learned today that Terry had also died, explaining why I hadn’t been able to contact him. He had a dry wit and was hilariously funny. He was also a very fine person who loved his wife and children , his sister and his wonderful mom I will miss him always. RIP dear cousin.
