The Rev. William “Bill” O. Horn of Wichita, Kansas died Saturday, January 21, 2023. Pastor Bill was born June 14, 1936, and was ordained in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America on May 29, 1966. He served several parishes and ministries in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Kansas. In the diocese of Kansas, Bill had formal roles as a Pastoral Assistant at Good Shepherd, Wichita (2004) and Pastor-In-Residence at St. Bartholomew’s, Wichita (2012). He also aided the parishes of the diocese in a supply role. Bill is survived by his wife Donna, whom he married in 1986.Funeral services at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Wichita are pending.

In memory of my cousin Pastor William (Bill) Horn.
In our earlier years Bill and I were involved in many of the same activities. We were both members of Saint John’s Lutheran Church in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Bill went on to seminary to become a pastor. He served in various churches in the Wichita area, where he and Donna resided.
We have always kept in contact via letters, cards and later with e-mail.
Bill will always been our hearts.
