Theodore Ted Kozan

Kozan, Theodore “Ted”, 87, passed away October 7, 2014, following a lengthy illness. Ted was born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri. Upon graduating from Benedictine College and serving in the Army, he moved to Wichita to work for Boeing. After 37 years of service, Ted retired as an engineering manager. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father and awesome grandpa. Ted is survived by his wife of 60 years, Thelma Kozan; his daughter, Andrea Santmyer; his son, Mark Kozan; his grandchildren, Chris Klaus, Holly Klaus, Forrest Kozan, Ashley Kozan, Kathryn Santmyer, Melissa Santmyer, Alex Santmyer; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his five older sisters. Rosary service will be held 4:00 P.M., Sunday, October 12, 2014; Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, October 13, 2014, both at Church of the Magdalen.
