Many great memories with Troy in high school. He was 1st chair Trombone in the Rebel Regiment at Byrnes High School. I was one year under him and also we played together in the Jazz Band. So sorry to hear of his passing. Much too young!
One of my oldest friends. We probably took our first school bus ride together. Rest in Peace my old friend!
My sincere condolences to Troy’s family, he was a great Airman, comrad and friend, I will miss him and his quick humor. See you in the future brother. Love Marko
Troy always had the inside scoop. He and I worked several biz deals. His network of connections was seemingly endless. Whenever I needed intel, I callled Troy. He and Carley always brought a smile to my heart everytime we talked. Some pople have a way of making life a little bettter….that was Troy. He was a good Dad too. He bragged about his kids. Im gonna miss our phone calls on the long drives…Godspeed…see you on the other side.
Troy grew up in my Scout Troop 42 back here in Greer,S.C. He made Eagle Scout and I remember him fondly. We shared many memories with the other boys in our troop over the years. Camp Old Indian summer camp, troop camp outs, so many other great times. RIP Troy.
Troy was more than just my uncle, he was like a second dad to me. He always made me feel welcome and happy. I have a weird obsession with Nutella and whenever I came over he always made sure he had some and if he didn’t, we’d go get some. He was funny and caring, trying to make everyone happy. I will continue to keep him in my heart and keep his memory alive. Rip, Uncle Troy. ❤️
Sorry to hear of Troy’s passing. Enjoyed serving in the USAF with him. Prayers for the family and those who he had an impact on. He mentored many young airmen and will be missed.
Rest Thomas, until you hear at dawn, the low, clear reveille of God. Thank you for your service to this nation. Career U.S. Air Force.
Troy was one of a kind, caring and always there when you needed him. Early morning or late at night. He always made you a priority. I truly miss your mentorship and calls. How excited you were about life. He had a habit of making sure you were ok and running his stream of ideas that were endless. I am more than sad. Rest In Peace my friend.
I had the honor of working with Troy at the C-17 Aircrew Training Center, Altus AFB, OK. I am shocked and saddened at his passing. He was a good and thoughtful man. My condolences to this family and friends. God speed Troy….
