Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Katrina, Megan and JJ, We were very sorry to hear of Tim’s death. It has been many years since we have seen you Megan, but we find ourselves wanting to hug and comfort you like we did when you were tiny.
The Benedictine College community extends condolences and prayers to the family of Tim McGuigan. May God embrace you in His comforting arms now and in the days to come.
Rick and I are deeply sadened by the death of Tim. I join with so many others who knew Tim in offering out deepest sympathy of his passing. Although ,it is little consolation at the sad time, I would like you to know that he touched many lives with his positive and genuine love that he had for people. He loved to socialize and enjoyed all he came in contact with at the various organizations he belonged to. Rick worked with him well over 25 years, at Commercial Credit and Southwest National Bank, and I had the good fortune to know him through Rick\’s friendship with your father. He came out to our farm on two occasions and we enjoyed him so much. I think he came for a visit and went hunting with Rick. He loved to tell jokes and stories. Rick stopped by the bank about a month ago to visit with him and he relayed to me that he is still the same \’ole\’ Tim. They reminisced about the good times they had and updated each other on friends that they knew. I most vividly remember how he spoke of his two J.J and Megan with love and admiration. I know he was proud of his Catholic Faith and loved his last name. He gave us a wine that says \’McGuigan\’ we laughed. We will attend either the mass or the roasary. May you find peace and comfort in knowing that his loss is felt by all who knew and loved him. In sincere sympathy Rick and Helena Arnold from Kingman, Ks.
My most sincere and deepest sympathy goes out to all of your family in this most difficult time. My name is Gloria Turner and I lived accross the street from you when we were kids, my name then was Gloria Combs. Even growing up Tim was so nice and respectul to everyone, even a girl, when all the other neighbor kids were boys. I met up with Tim again around 1990 when we both worked at Bank IV, and it was such a joy to reminice with him about the good old days on Holyoke. Again, both my Dad, Art Combs, and I would like you to know we are thinking about you and praying for God’s blessing to give you strength and hope during this difficult time.
Tim was a guy I always looked forward to seeing. He possessed so many qualities that I found valuable – humor, intelligence, depth……He had just finished helping me with the purchase and refinancing of my office, and his knowledge of the industry was amazing. It wouldn’t have happened without him. He will be missed greatly. I hope the anger and hatred for whoever did this to Tim is not a powerful as the fond memories we will have of him. Our hearts go out to his family and we pray for peace in their hearts.
The Engen family was so lucky to share Tim with the McGuigan family. We all loved him so much. Our best thoughts right now are that he and Geoff are sharing memories over a cold beer.
To Tim’s family, Tim and I were classmates at Kapaun High School class of ’68; I now live in North Carolina and learned of his tragic passing from another fellow classmate, Tom Dondlinger. I will remember you all by name in my daily prayers for The Lord to embrace you and give you strength. Proverbs 27:17
Katrina and family, We’re so sorry for your loss. Tim was such a good guy! I know you have wonderful memories. Please know we’re thinking of you.
Jerry, so sorry to hear about your brother. Karen and Robin Foley
Condolences to the McGuigan family!
