Mouser, Toby D., 56, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011. Memorial service 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 30, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Toby was born January 24, 1955 in Liberal, KS. He worked at Hawker Beechcraft as an inspector for 32 years. He married Janet Alfrey October 1, 1994. Toby loved his family, camping, NASCAR, the Denver Broncos and fishing. Survivors: wife, Janet; parents, Harlan and Pat Mouser of Wichita, children, Michael Mouser and Chris Mouser, both of Wichita, Jennifer Jones of Towanda, KS and Jeremy Wood (Beth) of Thornton, CO; brother, Ronnie Mouser of Boulder, CO; sister, Diane Mouser of Wichita; grandchildren, Jessica Mouser, Kaytlynn Mouser and Taylor Mouser, all of Wichita, Tyler Wallace and Mikayla Lamb, both of Towanda; many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the Alzheimers Association, 347 Laura, Wichita, KS, 67211.

Dad, You were the most amazing man I ever knew. You are my hero. You never turned your back on me or Mom and I appreciate everything you have ever done for us. We were blessed to have you in our lives and your memory will never go away. Take care of the angel wings as Mikayla would say. I will see you again one day. I will miss Toby…just last week before his cataract surgery I was teasing him an saying dang when you get your eyes fixed we wont be able to hide anything from you…I didn’t no I would never see him again.Toby will be missed by many..he was my inspector at Beechcraft for many years an quite often a smoking partner…he doted on his family an often showed pictures ranging from Alaska trips to tonadoes..so sorry to have to tell him goodbye an see you on the other side…

We lived next door to the Mouser family more than fifty years ago. My Mother, sister Nancy and I have reflected on our memories of Toby. We could not remember a time when he was not happy.
