Tincher, Todd Brian, 43, Retired USAF Tech Sgt. Crew Chief, died Friday, Sept. 12, 2008. Funeral 10 am Tuesday, Sept. 16 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Survivors; parents, Charles Elsie Tincher; brother, Chris (Shea) Tincher; sisters, Stacy (Al) Ryder and Kelly (Chris) Brown, all of Wichita; nephews, Hadden Brendon Tincher, Joshua Brown, Noah Ryder; niece, Shelby Ryder. Memorial to the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Memorial Fund, 5500 East Kellogg, Wichita, KS 67218.
