Victor Melvin Elliott, 90, Retired Farmer, State Representative and WWII Vet, died Friday, October 28, 2016. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at Spring Grove Cemetery, Anthony, KS. Preceded in death by his parents, G.O. “Dick” and Lillian Elliott; wife, Ina Lee Elliott; son, Mark Elliott; Granddaughter, Morgan Elliott; brother, Vernon Elliott; and great-nephew, Michael Elliott. Survived by his grandson, Dustin Elliott and wife Toni Elliott of Anthony, KS; great-granddaughter, Meadow Piehl Elliott; nephews, Kirk Elliott, Chris Elliott and Cliff Elliott; special great-niece, Rocky Elliott and a host of other relatives and friends.
