Victor White, 91, was born December 4, 1924 and passed away June 12, 2016. He was born in Protection, Kansas to William and Lillian White. Victor served as an aerial gunner in the Army Air Corp during World War II and flew 34 missions over Germany. He attended George Washington University and graduated from the pharmacy program at the University of Oklahoma. Victor enjoyed traveling domestically and abroad. He remained active after he retired as a pharmacist enjoying traveling, walking several miles daily, playing pool and swimming. Preceded in death by his Parents, William and Lillian; Wife Betty; Son Victor Jr. Survived by his Daughter Frances "Fran" (Colin Windham) Miller of Valley Center, KS; Son, Vance White of Fort Scott, KS; Grandchildren: Christopher, Ryan, Jordan, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Caroline and Phoebe; 6 Great-Grandchildren. A private visitation will be held. A private graveside service will be held. A memorial has been established with the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS, 67219.
