Smith, Viola Katharine Hall, 92,. Was lifted up to heaven on Friday, January 7, 2011 from her home at the Sterling House of Tallgrass in Wichita, KS. She was born on February 14, 1918 to Francis Albert Hall and Minnie Viola (Mann) Hall in Crescent, OK. She was married to Harold B. Smith on November 4, 1940 while he was in the Army. After he retired from the Army, they moved to Wichita, KS where they resided for 60 years. Preceding her death were her husband, parents, 5 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Poplar Avenue Church of Christ at 600 S. Poplar in Wichita on Friday, January 14 at 10 A.M.
