Vivian Ruth Weninger

Vivian Ruth Weninger, 99, homemaker, went to be with the Lord while surrounded by her loving children, Saturday, March 15, 2014. Rosary, 7 p.m., Friday, March 21, Downing Lahey Mortuary West. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m., Saturday, March 22, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Vivian was born on October 1, 1914 in Clearwater, Kansas to Lee and Anna (Boyle) Wilson. She married Elmer Weninger on March 11, 1932 and they were married for 40 years. He preceded her in death. They raised 7 children on the farm that is now Reflection Ridge. In 1991 she married Keith Behymer. He died in October 2009. Also preceding her in death are her brothers, Ray and Floyd; sisters, Eva and Dorothy; daughter-in-law, Vonnie Weninger, and son-in-law, Mickey Revolt. Survivors: sons, Robert of Milan, KS, Thomas of Tucson, AZ, James of Pretty Prairie; daughters, Mary Revolt of Zephyrhills, FL, Barbara Allen (H.W.) of Cheney, Beverly Parker (Ron) of Wichita and Sheryl Drevo (Dick) of Goddard; 18 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by the children of Keith Behymer: Stephen, David, Douglas, Brian, Celeste along with his 2 grandchildren. Vivian was a charter member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing cards, dancing and family gatherings with her sons and daughters and extended families. She was a resident of Reflection Ridge Retirement Community.
