  1. To Wally’s family, I got acquainted with Wally when he first came to ‘Crippled Children’ because my firm was just down the hall. We chatted often about his long career and the hell he went through as a young Marine in the South Pacific. He was a ‘survivor’. I was so happy he finally got to go back to Washington, D.C. with the veterans group and he told me how thrilled he was to ride back with Bob Dole whom he admired. I visited him a number of times when he was in rehab on Edgemoor and he was skipping around and in good spirits and I just assumed he would be with us for a long time down the road. Wally was a dear friend and I will miss him. I am so sorry you lost him. Glenn Glenn D. Young, Jr. of YOUNG, BOGLE, McCAUSLAND, WELLS & BLANCHARD, P.A. 106 W.
