Paul and I send out condolences to you all on the loss of your dad. Were thinking about you. Art was such a nice man.
Art and Joani were great friends of mine for a lot of years. Theyll always be remembered through the family they left behind.
Rest Walter, until you hear at dawn,
the low, clear reveille of God.
Thank you for your service to this nation.
God bless you, Uncle Art. Comforting to know you had many loving arms waiting for you in heaven. I know my Dad was first in line. Happy to have called you my ‘second’ Dad. I have sweet memories of you visiting us in Lyons and running to you with a hug, thinking you were my Dad, but surprised instead you were Uncle Art. Thanks for being such a good sport! I love you.
Wonderful memories, too, of great visits with you, Aunt Joani and our cousins in Andover. My heart goes out to all – Chris, Brandon, Beth, Amy and Susan. We love you and send our deepest sympathy.
Thoughts of love and Prayers to all of Arts family.
Dad you welcomed me with open arms and love me as i am. You will always have a special place in my heart. You are with Mom and with God. love you so much!
My parents were very close friends to Bill and Cary, Arts brother and sis in law, in Lyons. Mom and Dad (Raymond and Elma Tobias) enjoyed the times together with Art and Joanie joining in. My prayers to the Schoenhofer family. Susie (Tobias) Adamson
So sorry to loose such a great man. I always looked forward to seeing Uncle Art. He had the best hugs and always treated you with the biggest smile. No matter what mood you were in before you saw Art after a few seconds with him you couldnt help but smile. Also, I had my first tequila on the rock with him at the Andover Applebees. Love Art!
Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
