Walter Louis Frock, 75, AT&T (formerly Western Electric) technician and installer, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015. Service, 2 p.m., Saturday, December 19, Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. Preceded in death by parents, Albert and Bertha (Goedeke) Frock; wife, Cheryl Frock, and 4 brothers. Survivors: children, Ericka Donn Richardson (Mike) of Belvidere, IL, Nathan M. Frock (Melissa) of Wichita; first wife and the mother of his children, Rebecca Ginsburg; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
