Wanda Acebedo

Acebedo, Wanda Lee, 71, retired Voluntary Service Specialist with Robert J. Dole Veterans Hospital, died Friday, June 19, 2015. Family will hold a private celebration. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Martina Switzer. She is survived by her children, Tobin Acebedo and Raegan McGinnis (Sean), all of Wichita; grandchildren, Kylie and Maddox; brothers, Dick Switzer (Cathie), of Concordia, KS and Jim Switzer (Lynn), of Wichita; sisters, Carol Palmer, of Abilene, KS, and Janice Rome, of Salina, KS. A memorial has been established with The San Diego Foundation c/o AVID Center Employees Scholarship Fund, 2508 Historic Decatur Road, Suite 200, San Diego, CA, 92106.
