Davis, Wayne W., 82, retired Wichita Fire Department Captain, died Sunday, January 10, 2010. Rosary service 7:00 P.M. Monday, January 11, 2010 and Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 12, 2010, both at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Wayne was a Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife Julitta, children and grandchildren. A memorial has been established with the Kansas Firefighters Museum, 1300 South Broadway, Wichita, Kansas 67211. Downing Lahey Mortuary West.

My Dad enjoyed Wayne very much and always looked forward to seeing him and Jay when we went back to Kansas. Jay I know how much strength it takes to take care of a loved one and you are so special to do this on your own.
