William I. Pete Wilson
Wilson, William I. “Pete”, 82, former owner of Petes Carpentry Cabinet Shop and retired self-employed building contractor, died Saturday, October 8, 2005. Pete was a veteran in the U.S. Navy. Visitation with the family will be 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 11, 2005; funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 12, 2005, both at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Preceded in death by a son, Ronnie W. Wilson; grandson, Peter Wilson; brothers, Wilbur Harvey Wilson. Survivors include his wife, Esther; son, Terry (Barbara), of Norwich, KS; daughter Ali (Larry) Hatfield, of Wichita; grandchildren, Kris (Charlie) Diebold, Lauren Wilson, Carrie Wilson, Tara Nate Durr, Sumer Hatfield, Travis Hatfield; great-grandchildren, Dustin, Katelynn, Leah; step-grandchildren, Lisa, Zena, Amy, Tina, Angie, Russell; seven step-great-grandchildren.
