One of the most caring men I have known. I’ve never had a neighbor who reflected Jesus more. Jan and I are praying for Sandi and the family. May you fine peace during this time.
What I remember most about Bill, besides the Bugners incredible work ethic, is the joy, devotion and love he gave to Sandy and his entire family. He will be missed! Aldona Carney
