William R. Bill Tucker

Tucker, William R. “Bill”, 78, retired sales representative with the G.W. Van Keppel Company of Kansas City, KS, passed away at his home at 10:25 A.M., Wednesday, March 2, 2005. A memorial service will be held, 2 P.M., Friday, in the chapel of the First Presbyterian Church, 525 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67214. Bill served as a Navy signalman in WWII, and was a graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis David, and his parents, Rose and Dennis D. Tucker. Survivors include his wife, Norma; son and daughter-in-law, David A. and Vickie S. Tucker; grandsons, Patrick, Clarke, and Jon Tucker; 3 nieces and 4 nephews; 8 grand-nieces and 4 grand-nephews. A memorial has been established with First Presbyterian Church in Wichita.
