William W. "Bill" Welch, 77, Retired Hallmark Sales Associate, died Monday, February 1, 2021. Survived by his wife, Mary Sue Welch; daughter, Stacy Lynn (Daniel) Millar; son, William W. (Leah) Welch III; sisters, Nancy Adams, Janet Haselhorst; brother, John Welch; grandchildren, Jacob, Jenna, Whitney, Grace. A memorial has been established with: United Service Organization, Inc. Bill was a special and dear friend to Ray and I for many years. We watched our children grow up and shared many wonderful times golfing, Iowa athletic events, and special mutual friends activities! He will be a presence missed by many and I’m sure he has been greeted into heaven with open arms! Bless his wonderful family and we’ll all keep that special smile in our hearts! Ray and Sally Buser
