W.J. Jim Mullikin

W.J. "Jim" Mullikin, 86, retired City of Wichita Assistant Purchasing Manager, passed away April 13, 2017, after a long battle with COPD. Jim loved his family, friends and golf (scoring a hole in one). Survived by his wife, Mary Jo; children, Sheryl (Wayne) Rubottom, Larry (Linda) Mullikin, Randy (Carol) Mullikin; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. No formal funeral service is planned. A small family graveside service will be held at his request. Additionally, the family requests no flowers. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West.
