If you are looking for grief support after the loss of a baby or pregnancy, we are here to help connect you with local resources and support groups.

Kidzcope

  • Kidzcope is a service provided to the community by the Wichita Children’s Home. Kidzcope provides grieving children and their families with community and peer support.
  • 9-week program at varying times in the year.

Red Bird Ministry

  • A ministry of the Catholic Diocese of Wichita and designed for parents who have experienced the loss of a child, no matter the age or circumstance.
  • Call the Office of Marriage and Family Life at 685-5240 for more information.

While We’re Waiting Bereaved Parent Local Support Group

  • A faith-based ministry meant only for bereaved parents who have lost a child, no matter the age.
  • Offered in Goddard on the second Tuesday of the month. Call Justine King at 316-640-8234 for more information.
  • Offered at Riverlawn Christian Church on the last Thursday of the month. Call Peggy Mages at 970-776-0009 for more information.

Bridget's Cradles

  • Bridget’s Cradles is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss through bereavement resources, support programs, and remembrance initiatives.
