Batt, Ted W, 82, retired Boeing resource administrator, died Friday, January 2, 2009. Rosary, 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 7; Memorial Mass, 11:00 A.M., Thursday, January 8, both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Graveside service, 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 8, Calvary Cemetery. Preceded in death by parents, Hoyle and Gertie Batt, and “triplett” brothers, Lee H. and Joe L. Batt. Survivors: wife, Irene; children, Steve Batt, Jon Batt, both of Wichita, Roger Batt (Vivian) of Haysville, Brian Batt (Luigina) Mt. Pleasant, SC, Lee Ann Campbell of Phoenix, AZ; 4 grandchildren. Memorial established with Catholic Charities, 532 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67214. Downing Lahey Mortuary West.

We wish to express our deepest sympathy to the family of Ted Batt. He was a fine man. I worked with Ted back in the fifties when we worked at Boeing in the Timekeeping Department, and later, we coordinated work between Engineering and Finance.
