Vicki L. McMaster, 77, of Wichita, died peacefully on Friday, November 9, 2018. She was a wonderful mother, expert gardener, and productive potter, whose sharp sense of humor and unfiltered commentary endeared her and brought laughter to many friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary, followed by a reception and celebration of her life at Botanica Garden of Wichita, where she volunteered for many years. Burial will be at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at Grant County Cemetery, Ulysses, KS. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hal McMaster, and parents Howard and Gertha Phifer, and survived by her son, Mark McMaster, and other close extended family. A memorial has been established with Botanica, 701 Amidon St., Wichita, KS, 67203.

RIP my friend. Many fond memories of watching home movies in your folkss basement in Ulysses. Many memories of you and my Sister Ellen growing up when I was little. You were always nice to me even when I got under foot. Now youve changed your address for the last time, its now in Heaven where youll enjoy no more pain and nothing but happiness and peace.
