Alfaro, Madeliene Therese 67, died Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Rosary will be at 6:00 P.M., Sunday, November 15, 2015; Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Monday, November 16, 2015, both at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Mary Alfaro; sister, Geraldine Alfaro. Survived by her siblings, Delbert (Anne) Alfaro of Wichita, Richard (Patricia) Alfaro of West Melbourne, FL, Rosemary (Dr. Patrick) Murphy of Tulsa, OK, Deborah Romo, Deanna (Richard) Rico, Teresa (Justin) Kelley, all of Wichita; 29 nieces and nephews. A memorial has been established with Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary of Wichita, 3550 N. 167th St. W., Colwich, KS 67030. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
