Mingle, Kelley Ann, 41, York International routing logician, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2009. Service 10:00 A.M., Monday, April 13, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Preceded in death by sister, Jamie Zackula, grandparents, Ellsworth Curmode and Kathryn Zackula. Survivors: husband, Greg Mingle; son, Carson DeMuth of the home; step-son, Greg Mingle of Mulberry, KS; father and step-mother, Richard and Dawn Zackula of Wichita; mother and step-father, Sharon and Bob Jobe of Wichita; step-brothers, Larry and Taylor Nelson of Savannah, GA and Kelly Wayne Jobe of Goddard, KS; step-sisters, Annette and Clif Hartzog and Sherry and Gaylan Smith, all of Wichita; grandparents, Milan Zackula and Marie Curmode, both of Wichita; mother-in-law, Angela and Rex Turner of Wellington, KS; father-in-law, Donald Neal and Helen Mingle of Anthony, KS.

I’m so sorry about Kelley’s passing..I have never met her in person, but have talked many times with her & Mary on phone at York.Was always so kind pleasant to talk to…Prayers/thought are with husband and family…

Kelley forever changed my life when she came into it 8 years ago. Her giving nature and open heart made a friendship divided by distance seem so much closer. I wish I had gotten the chance to know her in person. She was touched so many lives on earth and I Know she will continue to touch them working with the angels in heaven.
I will miss you Kelley. I’ll never forget Nebraska…

Kelley, it hurts to know that you are gone. However I am comforted in knowing that you will always be here with us all in spirit. I feel fortunate to have had you in my life. I am sure that she will always hold a special place in everyones heart. We have a guardian Angel now. Kelley, My Friend, you will always be in my heart and my thoughts. I only wish I had taken the time to meet you in person while I was in Kansas. I miss you so much my friend but I know you are pain free and that does make me feel better. To Kelley’s Family, I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you all. She was a wonderful friend and a very caring person. She talked often about you and cared so much about you.

Kelley, I miss you. I’ll never forget the Christmas party when you had your foot in that suction shoe thing. And every time it went off you had us all rolling with your continual joking, even after admitting it bothered you to wear it. The stories of your life that you told with such humor and spirit will always be remembered. As one of the orginal PJs, you were a GREAT assest to our group. I hope you’re in Heaven still giggling about that Long Island Ice Tea! I love you. Always.

Kelley, You were my first friend in Kansas…I’ve always thought of you as my little sister. We have had so many good times and made awesome memories. There have been the not so good times, too, but that didn’t stop us from being ‘sisters by choice.’ I am glad that you aren’t in pain anymore…I wish you could have found that on Earth.
