Survived by his parents, Richard and Nancy Mackey; ex-wife, Clara Mackey; children, Jessica Ann, Michael Joseph, Sarah Dawn, and Rachel Janelle Mackey; sisters, Terri and Kimberly Mackey; brother, Kenneth Medlam.
