Masar H. Al-Rukabi

Masar H. Al-Rukabi On a cold and snowy evening December 30, 1998 at 5:05 pm, Masar came into this world fighting! And during her brief 17 years on earth she never stopped till the end. She was the only child of Lisa and Mohammed Al-Rukabi, With big brown eyes and long lashes she charmed all who knew her. And although she never spoke a word, her expressions and movements spoke volumes. All who knew her loved her very much. She made everyone a much better person. On Sunday, January 3, 2016 at 10:55 pm, her final battle was lost. She is survived by her parents, her grandmother Hishmeya Nasser, of Iraq, and extended family. A memorial has been established with Rainbows United 3223 North Oliver Ave., Wichita, Kansas, 67220. Services will be 10:00 am Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at downing & Lahey Mortuary East.
