Webber, Mary Jean, 83, our dear Mother, and Omi, and retired Wichita Historical Museum Receptionist/Secretary, left this life Thursday, July 26, 2007. Services will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 31, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Graveside service 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, Hope Cemetery, Hope, KS. She was preceded in death by her sister, Willomae Wallace, and her beloved husband of 50 years, R. Keith Webber. Survivors include her children, Jan and Ken Dunlap of Derby, Sharon and Bob Lupton of Wichita, Gary and Phyllis DeVries Webber of Lawrence, KS and Pam and Dave Schmitter of Wichita; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons. Memorials to: Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum, 204 S. Main, Wichita, KS, 67202.

Dear Mom Webber, Thanks for the memories!! You’ve been a great mom, mentor, and citizen. We wish we could have spent more time with you in our later years.
