Jacob Lee McCormack 41, Technician with Fahnestock, died Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Memorial Service will be at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary East. Jacob was an avid outdoorsman and a huge supporter of his sons. Survived by his parents, Timothy and Patsy McCormack; children, Lucas Jacob McCormack, Cameron James McCormack; Jenna Bottolfsen, mother of his children, all of Derby; brother, Adam Joseph (Dana) McCormack; grandparents, Bonnie Heller of Wichita, George and LaVerne Helterbrand of Towanda; large extended family.
