Peggy Rule

Rule, Peggy “Penny”, 88, homemaker, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2012. Memorial service is 1:00 PM Tuesday at Downing and Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by her siblings, Arlene Bagby, Leona Roseberry, Betty Pryor and James Penny. Survivors include her sisters, Lucille McCartny of Seattle, WA, Twila Urbanek of Tulsa, OK and many nieces and nephews. Memorial has been established with American Diabetes Association, 608 W.
