Kurt Ramey Howell, 55, Commercial Construction Iron Worker, died Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Memorial Service will be at 1:00 P.M., Monday, January 15, 2018, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by his father, Samuel Paul Howell; brother, Karl Jonathan Howell; grandparents, Paul and Eva Ramey, Charles and Flossie Howell. Survived by his mother, Holly Lee (Floyd Hall) Howell; wife, Paula Howell, both of Wichita; daughter, Lacey Nichole Howell of Derby; son, Dalton Ramey Howell; sister, Sonja Kaye (William R.)
