Wiebe, Edith K., 92, homemaker and retired Fourth National Bank employee, passed away Monday, April 18, 2011. Visitation, 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Downing Lahey West. Service, 10 a.m., Friday, First United Methodist Church. Edith was born on the family farm south of Newton on February 7, 1919 to the late Roy A. and Grace B. (Dilts) Kessler. She married Edward Abe Wiebe on May 7, 1955. He preceded her in death December 8, 1968. Also preceded in death by brothers, Frank and Donald Kessler. Survivors: son, Paul Wiebe (Debbie) of Wichita; daughter, Ruth E. York of Lee Center, MN; grandchildren, Sara Ann Wiebe, Ian and Kellan York. Memorial: First United Methodist Church, TV Ministry, 330 N. Broadway, Wichita 67202.
